ABOUT ME
Welcome! I am a licensed clinical psychologist with a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from William James College, earned in 2016. My specialty lies in helping individuals and couples navigate life’s challenges by identifying their resilience and empowering them to tap into their inner strength. I am committed to supporting my patients as they work through their personal struggles, with a focus on two core areas: building a trusting, supportive relationship and developing the skills needed to manage and overcome obstacles—whether they involve anxiety, depression, relationship issues, or personal identity exploration.

I take a holistic, individualized approach to therapy. Every person’s journey is unique, and my goal is to help you develop the tools and resilience to thrive in all aspects of life. I believe in creating a treatment plan that is rooted in partnership. Together, we will identify strategies that make sense for you and put them into practice, focusing on your individual strengths to create lasting change.
Let’s work together to unlock your full potential!

I live in Lexington, MA with my husband and two daughters. When I'm not meeting with patients, I enjoy experimenting with new recipes, diving into a good book, working on improving my front crawl, or biking around the Concord/Lexington area.
